Now, we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to step in and help people find and rent homes, one of life’s most essential needs. This position is a parental leave coverage from June 2026 to February 2027.Role

Role

As a Senior Product Designer on a fixed-term contract, you'll play a central role in our conversion focused product team, picking up ongoing work and delivering experiences that help people rent with confidence. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, data scientists, and customer experience teams to design a product that’s as easy to use as it is powerful.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems by mapping seamless user journeys and crafting polished, high-fidelity UI features and user journeys for customers in all our markets

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Working with and contributing to existing design systems and component libraries.

• Lead or collaborate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate product ideas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a customer-facing product

• Expertise in user experience and digital interface design with strong craft skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities

• Deep understanding of established UX and UI patterns

• Extensive experience in applying design processes and methods to drive complex, high-impact initiatives

• Strong ability to interpret and act on data and analytics insights

• Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships to influence decisions and drive meaningful change

• Hands-on experience with user research and testing methods to guide and validate design work is a big plus.

• Ability to inspire and lead through your design expertise

• A positive and constructive mindset that uplifts and motivates teams

• Strong, clear communication of ideas with well-reasoned design decisions
  

Working at Qasa

We love hanging out with each other at the office and hope you do too! Ideally, you work from the office at least 3 days a week, but we are flexible and understand that life looks different for everyone. You’ll be based in our Stockholm office in Södermalm.

Hiring process

• Initial screening call – a brief conversation about your background, experience, and an intro to Qasa (~30 minutes)

• Design interview with the Hiring Manager – a deeper dive into your design experience, including portfolio presentation (~1.5 hours, on-site)

• Culture interview with the CPO and PM – a discussion of values, collaboration, and how we work together (~1 hour, on-site)
